Notarising UK degree certificate and Disclosure Scotland certificate for use in South Korea

A man from Portsmouth who had studied at the University of Manchester needed to have his degree certificate notarised and legalised for use in South Korea. The South Koreans are trying to improve the teaching of English in their country and so have decreed that English should only be taught by native English speakers. He was going out to South Korea to teach English to South Koreans and needed to have both his degree certificate and his Disclosure Scotland certificate notarised and legalised. He completed a data consent form to enable me to contact his University to have his qualification verified by them. I also contacted Disclosure Scotland and verified his certificate with them. I prepared notarial certificates authenticating the degree and Disclosure Scotland certificates and arranged for the documents to have Apostilles fixed to them so that they would be accepted by the authorities in South Korea.
